Cat is an operator who has spent much of their career serving as the connective tissue between technical teams and non-technical leaders. They have guided organizations through the sensitive changes that accompany the adoption and implementation of new products and processes, developed the playbooks that scale those lessons across teams, and led executive reviews that drive alignment, inform strategic decisions, and support sustainable growth.
